How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?
Most carpets are dry in 3 to 6 hours. Drying depends on humidity, airflow and carpet thickness — opening windows and running fans or the A/C speeds it up. You can walk on the carpet right away in clean socks.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic solutions and finish with a zero-residue rinse, so nothing sticky is left behind for kids or pets to pick up.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
Every 6 to 12 months for most homes. Homes with pets, small children, allergies or heavy foot traffic benefit from cleaning closer to every 6 months.
